Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, William J. Stribling is the director of the award-winning short films Beyond Belief, Break A Leg, and Down in Flames: the True Story of Tony “Volcano” Valenci and the feature films Lies I Told My Little Sister and Bear with Us. Stribling earned his BFA in Film & TV Production from NYU Tisch and received his Masters in Screenwriting from Chapman University. Stribling’s films have been official selections at over 50 film festivals worldwide, winning several Jury and Audience Awards. He is an avid magic enthusiast and has seen “Weird Al” Yankovic in concert nine times (and counting).
