Love In The Sixties is a documentary about the 'First Lady of Keeping Austin Weird' movement -- Aralyn Hughes, who becomes a performance artist/solo performer at the age of 65 after a 35 year business career.  A staunch feminist and former director of the first abortion clinic in Austin, Aralyn takes a walk on the wild side when she places an ad in the Austin Chronicle that reads: "Dominatrix wannabe, a Bette Midler with a whip looking for quirky submissive to look but not touch ..." Overwhelmed by responses, Aralyn sets off on a whole new life journeythat gets her pondering: is this s retirement option, or an unexpected means of finding love and sharing her crone wisdom.
